If you have received a letter about a Potential Lead Exposure Risk Notice it does not mean that there is Lead pipes at your residence, it just means that we don’t know what your service line (the line for the meter to the house) is and we are needing to know what it is. Thank you.

WOUD, along with all Water Utilities in the state are currently most concerned with water loss (Leaks) on Utility District lines. We have implemented several different strategies to help the situation, and one of those is our CUSTOMERS

We need YOU as a customer to be observant and report water standing in unusual locations at unusual times, when it should be dry. Please call our office and report ANY unusual water. We want to investigate ANY possible leak. Also, if you experience a sudden or gradually loss of water pressure lasting more than a day or so, please contact us, immediately. This could indicate a leak on our lines or yours, which may not be showing water at the surface of the ground. If it is after hours, please call the office at (931)-498-4144 and dial 2. Stopping water loss helps keep water bills as low as possible and we need your help in spotting these water leaks.
